About gift vouchers
How long is a voucher valid?
12 months from the date you buy it.
How does the person I’m giving it to book?
They simply call, email, or book a free story call online with their voucher code. We’ll talk through what they’d like to capture and find a date.
Can they upgrade to a bigger film?
Yes. Any voucher can go towards any film. They just pay the difference.
Can the family chip in together?
Absolutely. Get in touch and we’ll send each person their own payment link for their share of the voucher.
What if they’re nervous about being on camera?
Almost everyone is at first. We meet them beforehand, the questions are gentle, and within a few minutes it feels like a chat on the sofa.
When will the printed card arrive?
We post printed cards within 2 working days by Royal Mail. Email vouchers arrive within 24 hours.
