Every film is available as a gift voucher, sent by email or as a printed card you can hand over in person. Valid for 12 months.
After a short call to plan the details, we guide a relaxed conversation with gentle questions. Nothing staged, nothing forced. Just an honest chat that we film properly.
Not really. We send over meaningful questions beforehand to help the memories start flowing. With the Signature Story, a Story Book arrives first too.
Almost everyone says this, even us. Within a few minutes it feels like a chat on the sofa. If you’d rather, we can step out and monitor the cameras from outside the room.
You choose. A family member can lead with our support, or one of our interviewers can. Often someone who doesn’t know the story draws out the most.
Yes. Two storytellers together works beautifully. For several people or sessions, have a look at our bespoke films.
At our studio at Brandon Works, 52 Merry Street, Motherwell ML1 1JJ, or in your home anywhere in Scotland’s central belt and wider Scotland. For homes outside the central belt we’ll include travel in your quote. We also film in hospices and care homes.
Your first draft arrives within 24–72 hours, and the finished film within a week. You can ask for up to two rounds of changes.
Yes. With the Signature Story and our bespoke films, we weave your photos and old clips through the film.
A 4K MP4 on a USB in your keepsake box, plus a private link anyone in the family can download from for 30 days. For long-term peace of mind, add the Memory Vault and we’ll keep it safe for 25 years.
No problem, we’ll happily move your date. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of booking. After that, your £100 deposit is non-refundable but can always be moved to a new date.
